Aérogestion supports Air Austral in its strategic fleet decisions, notably the replacement of the A220 fleet and the management of the transition phases. The work includes analysing the different aircraft solutions, their performance, their availability and their economic and operational impact.
Aérogestion is also involved in consultations and negotiations with manufacturers, lessors and engine makers, and in structuring leasing solutions and exit scenarios for the existing aircraft. The assignment continues through to the implementation of the solutions chosen, with follow-up of contracts, deliveries and the related technical and financial constraints.
