They trusted us

“We called on Aérogestion for an in-depth study of the new generation of NEO and MAX aircraft, expected to be real challengers for the Osaka region. We are very pleased with this collaboration, which strengthened our knowledge of these aircraft types and of the opportunities they offer.”

“Aérogestion has been our consulting partner since 2013 on our pricing and yield management policy for parking space bookings. The team has supported us successfully all the way from drafting the specifications for our own yield management application to building the dashboards we use to manage our business.”

“As part of the overall reorganisation of our commercial structure, Aérogestion supported our Network Planning, Pricing and Revenue Management teams through the transition. Their input, together with our open and constructive discussions across all these areas, gave us a better understanding and a clearer view of the strategic issues at stake.”

“Aérogestion supported us with passenger traffic forecasting when acquiring airport concessions. Highly responsive, the consultants working with us were able to address both the analytical and the market issues we had to deal with. The modelling and studies carried out gave us a great deal of confidence in our forecasts.”

“Aérogestion has supported Amelia since the launch of the first scheduled route of its own network, Rodez <> Paris Orly, for which their help was instrumental. A partner of great quality and, above all, of great trust, we have since regularly called on their expertise for strategic turning points, operational changes or, more regularly, for their sound advice. Their 360° expertise across our businesses is extremely valuable to us.”

“Aérogestion supports us on our airport development projects with rigorous and relevant traffic studies. Their sharp modelling expertise and fine understanding of airport issues enable us to make informed decisions and optimise our investments. We particularly appreciate their ability to adapt to our specific needs and the clarity of their analyses.”

“Aérogestion made a major contribution to structuring Madagascar Airlines’ Revenue Management & Pricing practices, ensuring a lasting transfer of skills and empowering the in-house teams. Their support strengthened the use of the R’Optim tool and improved the analytical rigour of our flight analysts. The work has laid the foundations for more effective management, aligned with industry standards.”
