In the course of its business, Aérogestion, whose registered office is located at 98 boulevard du Montparnasse, 75014 Paris, France, collects and processes information, some of which qualifies as “personal data”.
This privacy policy applies to all information sent using the aerogestion.fr website, in particular information sent via the website’s contact form, but also information sent by email or by any other electronic means to AEROGESTION MILES PLUS SAS.
Aérogestion attaches great importance to respecting privacy and only uses data responsibly, confidentially and for a specific purpose.
Processing of personal data of visitors to the aerogestion.fr website
On the https://aerogestion.fr website, two types of data may be collected:

This is the data you provide to us directly, via the contact form, the CV submission button or by contacting us directly by email.

I. Use of information
The data you provide to us directly is used to communicate and exchange information with visitors to the website.

IV. How long your data is stored
The data collected is kept in our databases and is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.
This data is kept in France for a period appropriate to the purpose of each processing operation (except where consent is withdrawn), in particular:
- Prospects’ data is kept for a maximum of 5 years after the last contact with Aérogestion/Milesplus,
- Data relating to job applicants at AEROGESTION MILES PLUS SAS is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact with the applicant.
- Data relating to assignments is kept for 10 years after the end of the service.
By way of exception, this data may be kept for longer periods to handle complaints or disputes, or to meet legal and/or regulatory obligations.
V. Your rights over your data
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and port your data, and to restrict its processing.
If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

VI. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (web analytics)
Our website uses the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
Subject to your consent, Google analyses your use of our website on our behalf. To do so, we use the cookies described above. The information collected by Google when you use our website (for example the referring URL, the web pages visited, your browser type, your language settings, your operating system and screen resolution) is transferred to Google in the United States, where it is stored and analysed. The results are then made available in anonymised form. In accordance with the law, personal data will not be associated with your full IP address. We have enabled the IP anonymisation feature provided by Google, which means that the last 8 characters (IPv4) or the last 80 bits (IPv6) of your IP address are deleted. Google is also certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which guarantees an adequate level of data protection for data processed by Google in the United States.

VII. Processing of personal data in the course of our services
When acting as a data processor to carry out the assignments entrusted to it by its clients, AEROGESTION MILES PLUS SAS may collect and process information, some of which qualifies as “personal data”, which will be processed in accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data.
Only employees of AEROGESTION MILES PLUS SAS and consultants temporarily assigned to ongoing assignments have access to this data.
Under its assignment contracts, it contractually undertakes to show the utmost respect for the security and confidentiality of the personal data it processes in this context. Its services are governed by a contract setting out the specific obligations of each party.
AEROGESTION MILES PLUS SAS keeps the data collected for the entire duration of the service. The data is then archived in order to respond to any claim for the period required by law.
