Aérogestion supports Air Tahiti Nui in defining its medium- and long-term fleet strategy. The assignment consists of analysing how the fleet could evolve and drawing up several scenarios, including long-term options, interim solutions and the possible use of the A321 XLR.
The work combines financial and operational analysis of the scenarios, account of Air Tahiti Nui’s specific constraints, comparison of the different options and preparation of strategic decisions. Aérogestion also works alongside the airline in discussions and negotiations with Airbus, Boeing and lessors.
