As part of an assignment entrusted by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Aérogestion supports the Territory of Wallis and Futuna in preparing and awarding a Public Service Delegation for its air service.

The assignment covers the assessment of needs and the definition of public service obligations, the drafting of the specifications and tender documents, and the economic simulations and costings. Aérogestion is also involved in bid analysis, negotiations with candidates and the finalisation of the public service delegation contract, and then in monitoring its performance.
