Drawing up the domestic transport master plan
Civil Aviation Authority of French Polynesia · Airports
Aérogestion supports the Civil Aviation Authority of French Polynesia in drawing up the inter-island air service plan and studying how it should evolve up to 2036. The assignment includes a diagnosis of the existing network, demand analysis and activity forecasts.
Several alternative service scenarios are drawn up and compared in terms of their economic and operational impact and their forecast financial modelling. This work aims to inform decisions on how air service should evolve, reconciling economic sustainability with a better service for users.
