Implementation of the Corsica – mainland air routes under public service obligations

Aérogestion supports the Office des Transports de la Corse in implementing the Corsica – mainland air routes subject to public service obligations. The assignment covers the definition of lots and PSOs, the drafting of specifications, market tests and the economic simulations and costings needed to prepare the tenders.
Aérogestion is also involved in bid analysis and negotiations with candidates, the finalisation of contracts and exchanges with the DGAC (French civil aviation authority) and the European Commission. The support continues with the setting up of governance and the monitoring of the public service contracts.
