
Support for the merger with L’Avion and operational management of the airline

Aérogestion supported OpenSkies in its merger and acquisition project with L’Avion, which was bought by British Airways in 2008 and then merged into OpenSkies in 2009. The assignment covered operational and day-to-day management aspects, including interim management, supervision of operational activities and support in running the airline.
Aérogestion also worked on Revenue Management, Pricing, schedule management and network development, as well as slot portfolio management. The support included setting up codeshare agreements, selling on-demand VIP flights and supporting changes to the inventory management and sales systems.
