Aérogestion supports Aurillac Agglomération in analysing the development prospects of Aurillac airport, to inform investment choices concerning its infrastructure and platform. The assignment includes a forward-looking analysis of the fleets of French and European airlines likely to serve Aurillac, and a study of the technical and operational compatibility of the different aircraft types with the airport’s characteristics.
The study also identifies the operators likely to serve the territory in the medium term and compares several infrastructure scenarios, from keeping the current configuration to extending the runway. This approach makes it possible to assess the consequences of each scenario on future service capacity and the airport’s development potential.
