Aérogestion supported LEVEL France in the transition of its Boeing 757/767 fleet to the Airbus A330, a major transformation that required the airline’s organisation and operations to adapt.

The assignment focused in particular on crew transformation, with the planning, organisation and follow-up of the pilot training needed to move to the A330, and on operational support for the transition to the new fleet.
